SPS Companies made the investment across their family of companies to start a wellness program that would benefit the lives of their employees and their families - at work, and at home. 502 was tasked with branding this program and its messaging, along with producing the methods of communication that followed, such as the website, mobile app, video and print collateral.
However, this wellness program would not be considered successful unless employees actually adopted it. This was no small feat - considering the culture of these steel workers does not routinely talk about "wellness". In order to change attitudes and behavior, 502 visited a handful of SPS facilities and talked with the teams that worked there. This informed all future decision making when it came to the best way to communicate this new program to employees.
